Terms of Service

Welcome to ProjectDaily! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use www.projectdaily.tv or buy anything from us. ProjectDaily is operated by Jthomp LLC dba ProjectDaily ("ProjectDaily," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using our site

Please use the site lawfully. Don't try to hack, overload or disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam. All content on the site, including text, photos, graphics, designs, logos and guides, belongs to ProjectDaily or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You can't copy or reuse it without our written permission, except as these Terms allow.

Orders and order acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only after we confirm it and payment goes through. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, if we suspect fraud, or if the shipping address is outside the US and Canada. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Our apparel and stickers are printed on demand, so each item is made just for you. Please check your size, color and shipping address carefully before ordering. See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds page for details.

Pricing, errors and availability

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD), including for customers in Canada, and may change at any time. If you pay with a non-US card, your card issuer may charge currency conversion fees. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. Sales tax, duties and shipping costs are shown at checkout where they apply. We try hard to keep product details and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to ask how you'd like to proceed, even after you've received an order confirmation. Colors on screen can look a little different from the real product.

Digital downloads (PDF guides): personal-use license

When you buy a digital guide, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Resell, share, forward, upload, post or give away the file or its contents (including in Facebook groups, forums or file-sharing sites)

  • Copy or reproduce the guide, or substantial parts of it, for anyone else

  • Use it to create competing products or courses

  • Remove any copyright or brand notices

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ProjectDaily. If we find a license has been misused, we may cancel access without a refund. All sales of digital guides are final. If you have trouble downloading your guide, email info@projectdaily.tv and we'll help.

DIY car work: at your own risk

Our guides, blog posts, videos and other content are for general information and entertainment only. They are not professional, mechanical, safety or legal advice, and they don't replace a qualified mechanic or your vehicle manufacturer's instructions. Working on cars can be dangerous and can cause serious injury, death, or damage to your vehicle or property.

If you choose to do any work based on our content, you do so entirely at your own risk. Always follow your vehicle's service manual, use proper safety equipment (such as jack stands, eye protection and gloves), follow local laws (including emissions and equipment rules), and consult a qualified professional if you're unsure. Modifications may affect your vehicle's warranty, insurance or legality. We aren't responsible for any outcome of work you carry out.

Third-party links and affiliate links

Our site contains links to other websites, including affiliate links (such as Amazon links and links starting with projectdaily.tv/go/). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their products, content, pricing or policies. Purchases you make on other sites are between you and that seller. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Returns & Refunds and Shipping policies, the site, its content and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ProjectDaily, Jthomp LLC and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, property or vehicle damage, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site, our content or our products, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product that the claim is about. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless ProjectDaily and Jthomp LLC from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that come from your misuse of the site or our content, your breach of these Terms, or any work you perform based on our content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you agree to that jurisdiction. If you live in a place whose consumer laws give you additional rights, nothing here takes those away.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
