Last updated: October 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information ProjectDaily collects when you visit www.projectdaily.tv, buy from our store, or sign up for our emails, and how we use it. ProjectDaily is operated by Jthomp LLC dba ProjectDaily ("ProjectDaily," "we," "us").

Information we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give it), what you bought, and your order history. Payment card details are entered into and handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

If you subscribe to our emails: your email address. You can unsubscribe anytime.

When you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.

Automatically, when you browse: our website platform uses cookies and similar technologies to collect things like your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, how you got to our site, and general location (city/region level). This helps keep the site working, remembers your cart, and shows us which pages are useful.

How we use your information

  • To process, ship and support your orders, including sending order confirmations, shipping updates and digital download links

  • To send you emails, if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime)

  • To answer your questions

  • To understand how people use the site and make it better

  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure

  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need:

  • Wix.com – hosts our website and store and provides site analytics and cookies. See Wix's privacy policy: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy

  • Wix Payments and PayPal – payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, or through PayPal if you choose to pay with PayPal. See PayPal's privacy statement: https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full

  • Printful – prints, packs and ships our apparel and sticker orders. Printful receives your name, shipping address, and order details (and email/phone where needed for delivery). See Printful's privacy policy: https://www.printful.com/policies/privacy

  • Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or Canada Post) – receive your name and address to deliver your package.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies and analytics

Wix places cookies that are needed for the site and cart to work, plus analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used. You can manage cookies through the cookie banner on our site (where shown) and through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site, like the cart, from working.

Amazon affiliate links and cookies

ProjectDaily is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Some links on our site (including links that start with projectdaily.tv/go/) take you to Amazon or other retailers. When you click one, that retailer may set its own cookie so it can tell that you came from ProjectDaily and pay us a small commission if you buy. We don't receive your name, address or payment details from Amazon. Those retailers' own privacy policies apply once you are on their sites. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as we need them for taxes, accounting and customer support (generally up to 7 years). If you subscribe to our emails, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to Wix's standard settings.

Your choices

  • Emails: if you subscribe to our emails, you can unsubscribe anytime.

  • Access, correction and deletion: email info@projectdaily.tv to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to keep some records (like order and tax records) where the law requires it.

  • Cookies: use our cookie banner or your browser settings.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and why

  • Access a copy of your personal information

  • Correct inaccurate personal information

  • Delete your personal information (with some legal exceptions)

  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Some cookies (like analytics or advertising cookies) can count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by using our cookie banner, turning on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, or emailing us.

  • Not be treated differently for using any of these rights

Categories of information we collect: identifiers (name, email, address, IP address), commercial information (orders), internet activity (browsing and analytics data), and approximate location. Sources: you, your device, and our service providers. We use them for the purposes listed above. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring things about you.
