Returns & Refunds

ProjectDaily is operated by Jthomp LLC dba ProjectDaily ("ProjectDaily," "we," "us").

 

Apparel is printed on demand. Every ProjectDaily apparel item is printed just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items. These must be reported to info@projectdaily.tv within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a clear photo of the whole item and the problem area. We'll send a free replacement or a refund. No need to send the item back.

Lost packages. Contact us at info@projectdaily.tv within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or left unclaimed, can be reshipped once the customer pays the shipping cost again. Returned orders are held for 30 days.

Digital downloads. All sales of digital products (PDFs and spreadsheets) are final once the file is delivered. If a file is corrupted or won't open, email info@projectdaily.tv and we'll fix it.
